We’re not sure how he had time to sleep (his average: 4.5 hours a night)!

James and his family set their sights on becoming the world record holder for full Iron Man Races as a campaign to raise money to build dams and provide water irrigation to people and help them become more self-sufficient.His book, “Iron Cowboy- Redefine Impossible” is very highly reviewed on Amazon. Part of my message is that everybody’s “difficult” is unique to them. My goal is for people to go out and redefine their impossible.

The current standard of excellence out there is sub-par. We need to start comparing ourselves to ourselves and what WE are capable of and not what other people are doing. Nothing great is ever truly accomplished on our own. There is a team that makes up the persona of the Iron Cowboy –Dallin Rogers of FitCon and James Lawrence did an event to raise money for a veteran charity ran 235 miles across Greece.

The next step is not going to kill you. It’s in that next step on that journey or in life where we discover who we are as a person and we evolve and adapt in those moments. Eventually, it takes us to even greater things.

How to remove yourself from your comfort zone. He often asks himself, “When is the last time I intentionally made myself uncomfortable in a situation?” We face our fears this way. Being successful brings more success and having confidence builds greater confidence.

We get into trouble the most when we are not actively engaged in anything. We need to focus our minds on progress, learning, and change.

For anyone who is listening in that can’t relate, my message is that I am just an average person. You have access to all of the tools and keys that I use which are, belief, conviction, planning, communication, obsession, and passion.

Wake up every single day, plant your feet on the ground and say “Doubt me now!” and go to work.
